I spend my days making operations smarter, my evenings planning the next trip, and my weekends finding out what I'm actually capable of.
I'm a Sr Business Systems Manager working across GTM teams to identify AI and automation opportunities that make teams faster, smarter, and more effective. About 15 years of project experience spans process design, AI integration, and scaling operations from the ground up.
In 2026 I won a Gold Stevie Award for Best Use of AI by a Customer Service Manager. I also make Manic AI, a podcast on the week in AI that a self-running routine researches and writes, with new episodes every Monday and Thursday.
Outside of work: I live in North Vancouver with my husband Nate and our dog Kara. I'm chasing 50 countries before my 50th birthday, and I'm endlessly curious about food, culture, and what the next decade of technology will look like.
