I'm a Senior Manager of Customer Operations — working across Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services to identify AI and automation opportunities that make teams faster, smarter, and more effective. About 15 years of project experience spans process design, AI integration, and scaling operations from the ground up.
In 2026 I won a Gold Stevie Award for Best Use of AI by a Customer Service Manager. I'm also the founder of Manic Edge, an AI leadership resource for people just starting their adoption journey.
Outside of work: I live in North Vancouver with my husband Nate and our dog Kara. I'm chasing 50 countries before my 50th birthday, and I'm endlessly curious about food, culture, and what the next decade of technology will look like.
